our kitchens
All our turn-key units offer full kitchens. Appliances include cooktops with built-in ovens or standard ranges, dishwashers, fridges with freezer capacity, microwaves and small countertop appliances. Some units may have a garbage disposal but many modern buildings have a kitchen scrap program. All units also offer in suite washer and dryer for convenience. Most furnished units will be fully equipped with cookware, utensils and crockery.
our bathrooms
All our units offer a 3 pce bath ensemble consisting of sink, toilet and walk-in shower. Some units offer a soaker tub as well as a shower while others offer a tub-shower combo. Furnished units provide towels and starter soaps and paper products.

We have great accommodations in the best locations! All our properties are in secure and safe buildings scattered throughout the greater Victoria area also including Sidney, Sooke, Saanich Sidney and Langford.
We specialize in safe communities including downtown locations, Vic West, Esquimalt, James Bay, Oak Bay and much more.
Amenities
Most of our units offer secure underground parking and sometimes visitor parking. Many come with a personal storage locker.
All of our buildings have secure and controlled front entries and many with secure elevators. Some of our buildings provide a fitness center as well as steam and sauna rooms. A few offer a seasonal swimming pool.
A couple of luxury buildings also provide a rooftop amenity often with seating, views and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ pit.
